🦚 What if I don't know my exact birth time?

An exact birth time is always best for maximum accuracy. However, if you don't have it, please provide the closest possible time you know (e.g., "around 10 AM," or "between 2 PM and 4 PM"). Our system can still generate a highly valuable report, but please be aware that the precision of some time-sensitive predictions may be affected.

🦚 Can I ask questions after I receive my report?

Yes. Your numiVeda report is designed to be a conversation. Your purchase includes an answer to one (1) specific question related to the report's topic, which will be addressed in the final section of your report . After you receive your reading, you are also welcome to email us up to five (5) follow-up questions for clarification on the report's content.

Please note that follow-up questions must be directly related to the analysis already provided to ensure we can offer the deepest and most relevant insights.

🦚 How long will it take to deliver the report?

We usually take two working days to deliver a report. In case of ensuing weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and other special ocassions (Navratris, Deepawali, Holi and any other Hindu festivities), the timelines usually shifts by a day or two.

🦚 What will happen, if I provide incorrect Birth Data at first?

We request you to recheck your Birth and Name Data during submission carefully. In case of an error, kindly drop us an immediately at support@numiveda.com

Request to not do multiple form submissions, as our system picks up the first form submission received at the time of data processing. Any later submissions will be auto rejected.

In case the error is from our end, we will re generate the report at no extra cost.
