This policy explains what information numiVeda collects, how we use it, and — most importantly — what we never share. numiVeda is operated by numiVeda Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana, India ("numiVeda", "we", "us").

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact information — your name, email address and mobile/WhatsApp number.
• Birth details — the date, time and place of birth you enter to generate a report (for yourself or family members you add).
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

• To compute your chart and generate and deliver your reports by email and WhatsApp.
• To process payments and maintain your account and report credits.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To improve our service, and to measure and run our advertising.

3. Advertising & analytics

We run online advertising and use analytics tools (for example, the Meta/Facebook Pixel) to understand how our campaigns perform and to reach people who may be interested in our reports. As part of this, limited contact information — such as your email address or phone number — may be shared in hashed or matched form with advertising and analytics partners for ad matching and measurement.

We never share your birth details or your address for advertising, or for any other third-party purpose. Those remain strictly within numiVeda and are used only to produce your report.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your birth details (date, time, place of birth) with anyone outside numiVeda.
• We do not share your address with third parties.
• We do not publish or disclose the contents of your personal reports.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate — for example, payment processing (Razorpay), email and WhatsApp delivery, and cloud hosting. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and are required to protect it. This is distinct from advertising partners, who only ever receive limited contact information as described in Section 3.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your account information and reports for as long as your account is active, so you can return to your reports at any time. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data appropriately.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@numiveda.com from your registered email address. You can also manage ad personalisation through your settings with the relevant advertising platforms, and control cookies through your browser.

8. Children

numiVeda is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent may purchase a report concerning a child as one of their own profiles, in which case those details are treated with the same protection as all other birth details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of numiVeda after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
