Every numiVeda report is computed and written uniquely for you, from your own birth details. Because of this, a generated report is a personalised digital good that cannot be returned or re-sold. This policy explains when a purchase is and isn't refundable.
Reports are produced on demand and delivered to you as a personalised PDF. Once a report has been generated, the purchase is final and no refund is available for that report. This applies whether or not you have downloaded or opened it.
Reports are normally delivered to your email and WhatsApp within about 15 minutes. If you don't receive yours, first check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we will re-send or regenerate it at no extra cost. A delivery failure is resolved by getting your report to you — not by a refund.
If there is a material error in the data we processed — for example, we used incorrect birth details that you had entered correctly — contact us and we will regenerate the report with the right inputs at no charge. Please note this does not cover errors in the details you provided at the time of order; in that case, a fresh report can be generated using another report credit.
Report credits (tokens) that you have purchased but not yet spent never expire and remain in your account for any future Compass, for yourself or a family member. Because unused credits stay available to you indefinitely, they are not separately refunded.
If you were charged but no report credit was added to your account — for example, a duplicate charge or a failed transaction — contact us with your payment reference and we will verify and refund any genuine duplicate or erroneous charge to the original payment method.
