These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of numiVeda's website and services. numiVeda is operated by numiVeda Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana, India ("numiVeda", "we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
numiVeda provides personalised reports ("Compass reports") generated from your birth details using Vedic astrology, Chaldean numerology and references to classical wisdom texts. Reports are produced by our proprietary computation engine and an AI interpretation layer, and are delivered to you as a digital document.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a report. By using numiVeda you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Please provide accurate birth details — the quality and accuracy of a report depends directly on the information you supply, particularly date, time and place of birth.
Because each report is generated uniquely for you, a generated report is non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for full details, including how we handle delivery failures and processing errors.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; resell or commercially redistribute reports; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The numiVeda platform, the computation engine, the report templates, branding and all underlying technology are owned by numiVeda and protected by applicable laws. When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content of your report for your own personal purposes. The content of your individual report is yours to keep and read; the system that produces it remains ours.
Your use of numiVeda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and — importantly — that your birth details and address are never shared with third parties.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. While our calculations are computed deterministically, we do not warrant that any report is error-free or that any outcome will occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, numiVeda's total liability arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report(s) giving rise to the claim.
We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the service, and may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of numiVeda after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
